Please note, my response time may vary based on my active travel schedule. If I'm exploring off-the-beaten-path backcountry places, I will not have access to service for long periods of time, and my response may be delayed up to or exceeding 14 days. 

In addition, I get a tremendous amount of email, and I'm just one human running two businesses doing my best to manage it all. :) If I haven't responded after two weeks, please don't hesitate to resend your note. However, sending repetitive emails within that time frame will not speed up my response if I'm out of service. It'll only make my email pile bigger...and my delay longer…

Before reaching out, you may wish to check my Workshop Schedule. Out of courtesy and respect for my paying workshop participants, if I'm teaching, I do not attend to emails or phone calls during those times.
